As the Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer at GeoWealth, Ivo oversees all aspects of the portfolio management process. Ivo specializes in designing strategic asset allocation models and strategies. Prior to joining GeoWealth, Ivo was a Director at TD Ameritrade and the Chief Portfolio Manager for Amerivest (over $3B in AUM). Ivo has also served as Vice President and Director of Research at Bear Stearns Asset Management and as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Research at O’Shaughnessy Capital Management/Netfolio. Ivo received a B.S. in economics from Sofia, Bulgaria, an M.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from Southern Illinois University in 1995, and an MBA from Thunderbird - The Gavin School of International management in 1997. He also obtained the CFA designation in 2001 and his CIPM designation in 2017.
